Reid H. Jackson
President & Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Unison, Mr. Jackson is focused on bringing more transparency and accountability to government and government-contractor business processes.

In his role as CEO, and previously as COO, Mr. Jackson ensures that Unison meets the needs of acquisition, program office, and grants professionals at federal agencies and their contractors. Working with Unison’s clients, management team, and board of directors, Mr. Jackson drives the growth, evolution, and expansion of the business.

Prior to joining Unison, Mr. Jackson led Booz Allen Hamilton’s acquisition consulting business. Earlier in his career, Mr. Jackson was the Vice President of Sourcing at Commerce One. In addition, he has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and as an operations and training contractor on the Naval Nuclear Program. Mr. Jackson holds a Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University.

During Mr. Jackson’s tenure Unison has grown through acquisition and product development to support the entire acquisition lifecycle from the Program Office’s mission goals through project cost estimation, federal budget management, the acquisition process from contract writing to solicitation and vendor selection, and finally to the management of contracts and supply chain by government contractors.

Our goal is to use the understanding that comes from working closely with leading agencies and prime contractors to solve our clients’ real business problems and create opportunities to contribute to their mission.

Dan Ilisevich
Chief Financial & Administrative Officer
Mr. Ilisevich serves as Unison’s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. He guides Unison in consistent growth and value creation including new product launches and acquisitions.

Mr. Ilisevich has more than 25 years of financial and operating experience in software and IT services. He provides executive leadership in the areas of corporate strategy and development, capital acquisition and deployment, and the evaluation and launch of new business initiatives to drive growth. Mr. Ilisevich has guided the business through three successive private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Unison, Mr. Ilisevich served as the founding CFO at Mantas, Inc. which was acquired by Oracle in 2006. Previous positions included CFO and Director of Operations at Kodak Legal Systems. Mr. Ilisevich started his career at SRA International where he served in multiple roles, including Director of Army and C3I Programs, Vice President and General Manager of the Telecom Industry Practice, and Vice President and Managing Director for Operations, Finance and Administration of the Commercial Sector.

Mr. Ilisevich is an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University where he teaches a course in financial analysis and decision making to graduate students in the Volgenau School of Engineering. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science and his Master of Science in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester.

Monica Nicolau
Chief Technology Officer
Ms. Nicolau serves as Unison’s CTO. In this role, she oversees product and technology operations groups and provides strategic technology leadership across the organization.

Ms. Nicolau applies her technology expertise and business acumen to continue Unison’s success in enabling acquisition, contract, and grants professionals at federal agencies to make effective, data-driven decisions.

Ms. Nicolau is an accomplished senior technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in building scalable enterprise software products across multiple industries. She is results-oriented, customer focused, and has a bias for innovation.

Prior to Unison, Ms. Nicolau held various positions in the hospitality and education industries including as CTO at Sylvan Learning where she led their successful digital transformation.

Ms. Nicolau holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, specialization in Software Engineering, from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland University College.

Scott Carlson
GM Defense and Intelligence
Mr. Carlson is the General Manager of the Defense and Intelligence Software Business Unit. He has more than thirty years of federal contracting and operations experience.

Mr. Carlson joined Unison with a focus on developing the Customer Success organization. He is a hands-on leader with extensive record of success in recruiting top talent and leading multiple programs in excess of $100M.

During his career, Scott successfully executed key positions as Operations Manager, Director of Corporate Strategy, Chief Scientist, and Senior Technology Advisor for Corporate focused efforts.  His background includes extensive program development and management experience with numerous Government Agencies, National Laboratories, Science Foundations, and Industry Partners.

He is an honorary member of the National Academy of Engineering-Frontiers of Engineering and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Maryland University College.  Mr. Carlson served six years in the US Air Force as an imagery analyst.

Nancy Patel
GM Commercial
Ms. Patel is General Manager of Unison’s Commercial Business Unit where she leads the Contract Lifecycle Management and Cost Engineering product lines.

With more than two decades of experience supporting the US Government, Ms. Patel has extensive knowledge of business, software and systems engineering as well as leadership and customer success in the public sector.

Prior to Unison, Ms. Patel served as the VP & GM of Public Sector at Immuta and President of Vulnerability Research Labs, LLC. after 10 years with Lockheed Martin.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. She also earned a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.

Greg Young
GM Civilian

Mr. Young is the General Manager of the Civilian Business Unit, responsible for acquisition, grant, program management and budget solutions across civilian cabinet departments and independent agencies.

Mr. Young has served in several management roles including oversight of Unison’s talented PRISM implementation services, consulting, and acquisition subject-matter-expert teams.

With 25 years of experience, Mr. Young has a deep understanding of the Federal acquisition process. He works closely with the development team to create Unison’s library of AI and robotic process automation tools to solve needs identified during client conversations.

Prior to Unison, Mr. Young led implementation and management teams for Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was responsible for implementing federal acquisition systems. Mr. Young began his career as a co-founder of Logex, which transitioned many traditional and mail-order businesses to the Web and eCommerce.

Mr. Young is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a double major in Economics and Political Science.

Drew Drake
VP Corporate Development
Mr. Drake serves as Unison’s Vice President of Corporate Development. He is responsible for cultivating and executing on new inorganic opportunities to accelerate growth.

Mr. Drake has more than 15 years of corporate development experience in software and IT services across government and other regulated industries. He provides executive leadership in the areas of corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Unison, Mr. Drake served as Vice President Strategic Investments at SAP NS2 where he was responsible for all M&A and Corporate Venture investments and partnerships. Previously Mr. Drake served as Corporate Development Officer for SRA International. Mr. Drake started his corporate development career at Lockheed Martin where he served as a staff member on their M&A team.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and his MBA from the University of Maryland College Park.

Scott Haas
VP Information Technology 
As Vice President of Information Technology, Mr. Haas is focused on increased corporate productivity, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced hosted and SaaS system stability and security.

Mr. Haas is accountable for Corporate IT, Customer DBA Services, and Hosted and SaaS systems. Under his leadership, Unison has led the successful FedRAMP Authorization of Unison’s offerings and infrastructure. Working with Unison’s industry-leading Security Team, he has established value-add services such as encryption of data at rest and the Managed Security Services option. He is instrumental in Unison’s CMMC accreditation endeavors, as well as privacy compliance efforts around GDPR and similar laws.

Prior to Unison, Mr. Haas lead IT at industry-leading organizations such as Salsa Labs, working closely with non-profits to modernize infrastructure to better support their Donor Management, Fundraising, Advocacy, Event, and Marketing Automation tools.  Before that, he was with MicroStrategy subsidiary Angel.com, where he increased uptime and scalability to provide leading-edge UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.  He began his career at the Associated Press, where he helped create and scale GraphicsBank, the world’s first online broadcast breaking-news and archival media library.

Mr. Haas holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication, specializing in Instructional System Design and Media Production, from Ithaca College.

David Kim
VP Product Management
Mr. Kim is the Vice President of Product Management. In this role he guides the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Unison’s product suites supporting the government acquisition lifecycle.

Mr. Kim brings a wealth of experience in developing enterprise software and expertise in modern software design to build products that address the greatest challenges of Unison’s customers. He employs predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning to derive insight for customer success.

Before joining Unison, Mr. Kim worked on both consumer and enterprise products. Most recently, he was VP of Product Management at Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), an enterprise analytic software company that was acquired by Mastercard. Previously, he led product management at Razoo, growing the startup to over $100M in donation volume in two years.

Mr. Kim holds multiple patents for analytic innovations and graduated with honors from Yale University with a degree in economics.

Raelene Wagoner
VP Talent Management
Ms. Wagoner is Vice President of Talent Management. Under her leadership, Unison has embraced an innovative performance management framework which enables development and increased engagement of Unison’s team members.

Ms. Wagoner has more than 25 years of experience in technology firms as a Human Resources executive and Technology Consulting Delivery leader. She has extensive experience creating or optimizing Human Resources organizations and global experience in Latin America, Europe and Asia. She has led the Human Resources components of multiple merger and acquisition (M&A) actions.

Prior to joining Unison, Ms. Wagoner served as the Chief Human Capital Officer at CVP and led HR within Mantas. Ms. Wagoner serves as a Trustee on the William & Mary Foundation Board. As the chair of the Academic sub-committee, Ms. Wagoner is a member of the executive committee. In addition, Ms. Wagoner is a violinist and serves on the Loudoun Symphony Board of Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and minor in Music from William & Mary.
